The turnaround for a resume and cover letter is about one week.  However, this depends on how quickly we communicate.

At this time, I do not offer a ‘rush’ resume writing option.

I will need a current or previous version of your resume and cover letter (if you have one). If you don’t have a resume, I will guide you with identifying and providing me the information I need. A job advertisement for the job you want to apply for, or one representing the type of job you are interested in will also be useful so that I can make sure to include the relevant keywords in your new documents.

Although my clients report more job interviews, as well as job offers after using my services, I can not guarantee that you will also see these results because there are other variables over which I have no control, such as whether or not the employer considers your skills, experience, and education to be a match with their needs. However, whenever possible I will give you tips and suggestions to significantly improve your chances of getting positive job search results.

Payment is due when you are satisfied with the non-downloadable resume draft. When your payment is processed, I will email you your documents in an editable Word document(s). I will also write your cover letter after payment.

Writing an effective resume and cover letter is a strategic and time intensive process requiring specialized knowledge as well as business acumen, which I have accumulated over many years. I will work with you and revise your documents until you are satisfied, but I do not offer refunds.
